This registration covers everything your Student-Athlete needs to be cleared for tryouts and competition in the 2025-2026 school year.
What You'll Need to Complete Registration:
Current Physical Exam Form (dated within the last 12 months)
Completed NFHS Certifications nfhslearn.com (concussion in sports, heat illness prevention, sportsmanship)
Signed Parents/Guardian Wavier & Code of Conduct

Your Athletes Fee Covers: Athlete Tryouts - Entry into official tryouts for your selected sport(s). Athlete Participation - All in-season games, practices, and team activities for the sport(s) your child is rostered on. Athletic Program Support - Includes officials, equipment, uniforms (where applicable), facility use, and administrative costs that keep our programs running smoothly.
